I’m Patrick...a Southern Utah Realtor, longtime home-finance professional, and family man who believes where you live shapes how you live.
For more than nine years, I’ve helped people navigate some of life’s biggest financial and personal decisions. That experience taught me to look beyond the listing: at the payment, the possibilities, the tradeoffs, and the life a home needs to support.
